WX ROGUE COMM BALLISTIC GLASSES, WILEY X®

A key feature of this model is the ultra-thin COMM temples, which eliminate uncomfortable pressure and irritation during prolonged wear under shooting earmuffs. Unlike standard versions, these 0.9 mm slim-line temples allow the ear cups to seal perfectly, which is essential for maintaining full, rated hearing protection. The entire system is complemented by a 360° adjustable nose bridge that can be shaped to fit any face profile, ensuring the glasses stay securely in place even during sudden movements.

The lenses are made of Selenite™ polycarbonate, which provides optical clarity without distortion. The lens surface is protected by a T-Shell™ layer against scratches and a special Anti-Fog coating against fogging. The glasses provide 100% protection against UVA/UVB radiation and are designed to accommodate PTX prescription inserts for users requiring vision correction.

BALLISTIC CERTIFICATIONS AND SAFETY STANDARDS

This model meets the strictest international standards, which guarantee a high level of protection:

• MIL-PRF-32432 GL: This U.S. military standard specifies the ability of the goggles to withstand impact from a high-velocity projectile (up to 724 km/h), simulating shrapnel from explosions or ricocheting bullets in combat conditions.
• ANSI Z87.1: A key U.S. standard confirming resistance to high-speed particle impact (165 km/h). Glasses with this certification provide reliable protection during sport shooting and in industrial environments.
• EN 166F: European standard for personal eye protection. This certification is a fundamental guarantee that the glasses meet strict EU requirements for safety and protection against mechanical damage to the eyes from impacts at speeds of 162 km/h.

INTERCHANGEABLE LENSES

 The set includes three types of lenses for optimal vision in any environment:

• Grey: Light transmission 15%; ideal for bright, sunny days, reduces glare without color distortion.
• Clear: Light transmission 89%; maximum light transmission suitable for indoor use, at dusk, or at night.
• Light Rust (Orange): 52% light transmission; enhances contrast in low-light conditions and filters blue light.
