Without drinkable water, a person can only function for a few days, depending on the circumstances. In extreme temperatures, however, dehydration occurs even within a few hours. DISINFECTANT TABLETS
Water disinfectants usually use silver ions or chlorine and are safe for users' health. In addition, they leave no odor or aftertaste. The main advantage of disinfection tablets lies in the fact, that they "preserve" the water, and once treated, the water remains drinkable for several months. The disadvantage is the longer preparation time it takes to make water drinkable (the water treatment tablet must be left on for several tens of minutes).
