OLD SCHOOL LONG-SLEEVE T-SHIRT FROM HELIKON
This long-sleeve T-shirt from Helikon features an original print depicting a ‘press check’ - a technique used by shooters to quickly check if a round is in the chamber without having to fully cock the slide. The motif is based not only on shooting practice, but also on film history: specifically, the memorable scene in the film Heat (1995), where this action is performed by Neal McCauley's character, played by Robert De Niro. The T-shirt thus combines the world of technology and pop culture in one wearable piece. The long-sleeved cut is inspired by the evolution of the T-shirt since the early 20th century, when it separated from the classic underwear (the union suit) and took on the T-shape made famous by actors such as Marlon Brando and James Dean. Thanks to the use of 100% cotton with a 175 gsm weight, it offers comfort, breathability and durability for everyday wear.
