MED Pouch Horizontal MK III, Direct Action, MultiCam® Tropic™

The MED Pouch Horizontal Mk III is a flat yet spacious medical pouch is designed for attachment to plate carriers, belt systems, and backpacks. The exterior is made of a durable laminate of 500D Cordura and 210D nylon, combined with elastic segments. This design allows it to hold a larger quantity of medical equipment without unnecessarily increasing the pouch’s thickness or getting in the way when sitting or moving. The pouch is ideally suited for attachment to any MOLLE/PALS platform or directly to a belt up to 45 mm wide.

Inside the outer pouch is a separate, removable organizer (insert) with large Hypalon® loops that allow for quick retrieval with either the right or left hand. The organizer’s zipper allows it to open completely flat, ensuring immediate access to all contents. Internal elastic loops securely hold bandages, tourniquets, and other medical supplies in place. Additionally, the back of the inner pouch features a Velcro® panel designed for attaching a medical scissors pouch. The front Velcro® panel with a laser-cut “MED” label facilitates identification of the first-aid kit and provides space for attaching IR or identification patches.
