Compact MED Pouch Horizontal by Direct Action
The Compact MED Pouch Horizontal by Direct Action is a compact personal first aid kit designed to be worn on the rear part of a tactical belt. Its low-profile construction minimizes bulk on the sides of the belt while keeping essential medical equipment easily accessible. The pouch pairs well with belt systems such as the Hornet Skeletonized Belt Sleeve, but it can also be mounted on any belt up to 45 mm wide or on MOLLE/PALS platforms.
The construction is made from a combination of Cordura 500D, 210D nylon, and laminate with a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system. This combination of materials provides high abrasion resistance while maintaining a lightweight design. Thanks to paracord loops on the sides, the pouch can be easily attached to various belt setups or modular gear.
Inside there is a removable insert with a Hypalon pull tab that allows quick one-handed access to medical equipment from either side. The internal organizer features elastic loops that securely hold medical gear in place and prevent it from shifting during movement.
The top part of the pouch includes a wide elastic strap for securing a tourniquet. The back side of the insert also provides space for attaching trauma shears. These features ensure quick access to the most important items in critical situations.
The front of the pouch features a Velcro panel with a clearly visible MED marking, allowing immediate identification of the medical kit even in low-light conditions. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the pouch is ideal for users who prefer to carry their medical kit on the rear part of the belt without adding unnecessary bulk to the sides.
