The Commando Smock Jacket is made out of a combination of polyester and cotton and it fastens with a two-way zipper that is for increased wind and water protection overlaid with a Velcro flap. With the inbuilt drawcords you can individually adjust the width of both the waist and hem. And the shapeable and drawcord hood will certainly come in handy in case of inclement weather.
