Z-8N MK2 GTX PR Women's Boots, Lowa
The Lowa Z-8N MK2 GTX PR Ws meets the demanding standards for professional safety footwear at protection level O3. The upper combines water-repellent nubuck leather with a thickness of 2.0–2.2 mm with panels made of highly durable Cordura. The clean, seam-free toe design significantly reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the stitching in exposed areas. Waterproofing and thermal comfort are provided by the eco-friendly, PFC-free GORE-TEX Professional ePE Laminate membrane. The midsole, featuring dual-injection technology, incorporates a cushioning layer and a MONOWRAP polyurethane protective frame that stabilizes the foot and protects the shoe from abrasion.
Safety in the field is ensured by a 3.6 mm thick puncture-resistant (PR) textile layer in the sole, made from a blend of polyester and resin, which allows the boot to remain lightweight and highly flexible. The new Zircon XT rubber outsole with a special tread pattern guarantees excellent slip resistance on various surfaces; it is resistant to fuels, oils, and contact heat, and features an integrated tread pattern for safe ladder climbing. The lacing system features closed metal hooks and water-repellent laces. The shoes are fully antistatic, comply with the ESD standard, and are manufactured in Europe, in Slovakia.
