Featuring a large viewing window, a bright 6 MOA red dot, and a compact yet extremely robust construction, it is an excellent choice for modern pistols using the DeltaPoint® Pro footprint.

A premium aspherical lens delivers a distortion-free sight picture with true-to-life colors and excellent edge-to-edge clarity. The generous viewing window provides an expanded field of view, allowing shooters to acquire targets faster while maintaining better awareness of their surroundings during dynamic shooting.

The 6 MOA red dot offers quick target acquisition and excellent visibility in all lighting conditions. The optic features 10 daylight brightness settings, including 2 night vision-compatible levels, allowing users to adapt the reticle intensity to virtually any environment. Unlimited eye relief and a parallax-free optical design provide fast, intuitive aiming from virtually any shooting position.

Power is supplied by a CR2032 battery with an impressive runtime of up to 25,000 hours. The convenient top-loading battery compartment allows battery replacement without removing the optic or losing zero. Motion Activation technology automatically powers the optic on when movement is detected and turns it off after 10 minutes of inactivity to maximize battery life. A Button Lockout function prevents accidental brightness changes during transport or hard use.

The Defender-ST is built around a single-piece aluminum chassis with a durable low-glare matte black anodized finish that resists corrosion and wear. Vortex's exclusive ShockShield™ Polymer Insert absorbs impacts and helps protect the optic from daily abuse and heavy recoil.
