The Streamlight TLR RM 2 is a powerful tactical LED weapon light designed for long guns where maximum output, extended beam distance, and versatile control are essential. With a light output of 1,000 lumens, beam intensity of 22,000 candela, and a maximum beam distance of up to 297 meters, it is ideally suited for medium- to long-range engagements, perimeter defense, and professional tactical applications.

The precision-engineered optical system produces a tightly focused beam with excellent peripheral illumination, allowing for rapid target identification while maintaining situational awareness. This beam pattern is especially effective for use on rifles and carbines, where controlled light projection and clarity are critical.

The low-profile design minimizes the risk of snagging on gear, slings, or obstacles during weapon manipulation. A rotating bezel safety lockout prevents accidental activation during transport or storage, conserving battery power and enhancing operational safety. This feature is particularly valuable when the firearm is stored in a case or vehicle.

The TLR RM 2 offers flexible operation through a 90-degree tail-mounted pressure switch suitable for both right- and left-handed users. Additionally, the light supports the use of a remote pressure switch with rail mounting, allowing shooters to tailor the control setup to their preferred shooting style and weapon configuration. The integrated strobe function can be enabled for disorientation or signaling purposes and can also be user-disabled through programming. When using strobe-only mode, runtime extends up to 3 hours.

Power is supplied by two CR123A lithium batteries, providing up to 1.5 hours of runtime at full output. The light body is constructed from rugged, impact-resistant aerospace-grade aluminum and meets IPX7 waterproof standards, ensuring reliable performance even when submerged up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
