Sleeping Bag Questar, 0° C, Thermarest
The Questar down sleeping bag is a lightweight and versatile choice for spring, summer and autumn outdoor trips. The thermal insulation is based on down treated with the Nikwax Hydrophobic water-repellent finish. The treated down absorbs significantly less moisture and dries considerably faster than standard, untreated down. The outer layer is made from lightweight and durable 20D Ripstop polyester with a DWR water-repellent finish, whilst the inner lining is made from comfortable 20D polyester taffeta.
The construction utilises a zoned filling distribution, which concentrates the insulating layer in areas with the highest heat loss. Cold spots are prevented by chamber stitching, which keeps the down evenly distributed. At the bottom, there is an insulated foot pocket for quickly warming cold feet.
A key feature is the SynergyLink system of removable elastic straps, which secure the sleeping bag to the sleeping mat and prevent it from slipping. The anatomically shaped mummy cut offers sufficient width for natural turning whilst sleeping. Heat loss is prevented by an insulated drawcord collar, a moulded hood and a two-way zip with an internal wind flap.
