SAS Smock Jacket by Helikon

The SAS Smock jacket from Helikon is based on a traditional military smock and has been adapted for bushcraft and everyday outdoor use. The DuraCanvas® material combines durability and suitability for waxing, improving protection against light rain and snow while remaining lightweight and breathable.

The jacket offers a total of eight pockets: four classic square external pockets with Canadian buttons and four zippered pockets (two beneath the chest pockets and two beneath the lower pockets) for flat items and hand warming. Each chest pocket includes an attachment loop for securing gear, and there are paracord loops on the sides for attaching gloves.

You can customise the jacket to your body with drawcord adjustments at the hood, waist and hem. This lets you regulate ventilation according to conditions and layering. The simple cut, durable Prym snaps and quality YKK zippers underline the jacket’s long-term reliability for use from summer to winter.
