Poncho Ripstop, Brandit
You know it - you go for a hike, it's a beautiful sunny day, but during the afternoon the clouds roll in and it starts to rain. At best you find a pub, at worst you have to reach for a raincoat.
This poncho from Brandit is made from polyester with a Rip-Stop treatment, so if a tear develops, the tear won't spread further.
A waterproof poncho is convenient because you can conveniently hide your pack underneath, so all your gear stays dry. If you need an emergency overnight shelter, it can also be used to build a shelter, you can join multiple ponchos together to create an even larger shelter if needed.

- The e-shop states a water column of 3000 mm, but the manufacturer says 2000 mm on the poncho packaging. The e-shop states the dimensions 220 x 145 cm, the manufacturer states 220 x 180 cm on the packaging. I also bought the same poncho in the camel design, for which the e-shop information matches the information printed on the packaging. Although it should be the same products differing only in color, this is not the case. The material of the anthracite poncho is noticeably softer to the touch.

- E-shop uvádí 3000 mm vodního sloupce, na obalu ponča je ale výrobcem vytištěno 2000 mm. E-shop uvádí rozměry 220 x 145 cm, výrobce uvádí na obalu 220 x 180 cm. Kupoval jsem ještě se stejným pončem v provedení camel, u kterého údaje e-shopu souhlasí s údaji vytištěnými na obalu. Ač by tedy mělo jít o stejné výrobky lišící se jen barvou, není tomu tak. Materiál ponča anthracit je na omak zřeteleně jemnější.
