The Renegade Evo GTX Lo Wide low-cut hiking boots build on the legacy of a legendary shoe whose successful history began back in 1997. The latest, updated version features a redesigned upper that uses fewer individual pieces of leather. This minimizes the number of seams, increases resistance to mechanical wear, and gives the shoe a sleeker look. The water-repellent nubuck upper is complemented by a Cordura fabric collar that wraps around the ankle and prevents pressure points. A reliable Gore-Tex membrane lining ensures lasting protection against rain and moisture while providing optimal breathability.
The shoe is designed in a Wide fit, which provides ample space and exceptional comfort for users with wider feet. The lacing system has been simplified by removing the end hook, so the laces pass exclusively through durable metal eyelets made of a lightweight, corrosion-resistant alloy. The multi-injected midsole with the proven Monowrap stabilization frame provides the foot with excellent torsional support and cushions impact upon landing. The all-new Vibram Renvale outsole features high traction on a variety of terrains, and its more casual profile underscores the shoe’s versatility.
