The Pilot Nomex gloves from Pentagon are a top-tier protective solution designed for the most demanding conditions. They are engineered to provide maximum safety and comfort in both professional use—such as by pilots or members of armed forces—as well as for outdoor or recreational activities. Their construction emphasizes resistance to extreme heat, mechanical damage, and long-term wear comfort.
The primary material is Nomex fabric by DuPont, which offers inherent flame resistance—it doesn’t burn, melt, or drip, and its protective properties do not diminish with washing or use. The palm is made from a combination of US SPEC sheepskin (7–8 mm) and cowhide leather, ensuring a strong grip and excellent durability. The inner palm is additionally lined with goat skin to increase comfort.
The gloves feature a short cuff, which allows easy wrist mobility and a comfortable fit under jacket sleeves. They comply with the strict US MIL-DTL-81188C standard and are certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, guaranteeing both user safety and environmental responsibility.
The use of high-quality leather in combination with aramid fibers ensures exceptional tear resistance, anti-static performance, and outstanding protection during prolonged exposure to high temperatures. These gloves offer long-lasting reliability, even under intensive use.
