Description
ADAPTER FOR SCENT CARRIERS
The adapter is designed to securely fasten scent carriers to wooden stakes, trees, or other suitable surfaces. Thanks to its galvanized construction, it resists corrosion and withstands long-term outdoor use, making it ideal for year-round installations.
In addition to being easy to install, the BIO10 mounts also protect the PU foam from mechanical damage and limit its direct exposure to rain. The adapter also makes it more difficult to steal the mounts and helps maintain the correct orientation of the scent fence toward approaching game.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Attach the adapter to a wooden stake, tree, or branch. On a stake, place it approximately 10 cm from the top.
- Always point the adapter in the direction from which the wildlife is approaching.
- When using the BIO10 carrier, insert it into the adapter and apply the scent concentrate at 3 points for approximately 1 second.
- If using PU foam, apply the foam to the adapter, let it harden, and then create three holes approximately 3 cm deep. Next, inject the scent concentrate into these holes for 1–2 seconds.
- Check the condition of the holder regularly and replenish the scent as needed.
