At the heart of this model is a highly sensitive sensor with a resolution of 640 × 512 pixels and a pixel pitch of 12 μm. The exceptional thermal sensitivity of NETD ≤ 15 mK ensures detailed imaging of wildlife contours, fur texture, and the surrounding background even in adverse conditions (thick fog, rain, snow, frost). The powerful 50mm objective lens with a top-of-the-line F0.9 aperture provides a base optical magnification of 3.7× and, in combination with the sensitive core, achieves a detection range of up to 2,600 meters. A 50 Hz refresh rate ensures a smooth image when tracking moving subjects.

The riflescope features an integrated laser rangefinder (LRF) with a measurement range of up to 1,200 meters, which works closely with the intelligent ThermTec AutoSight System (TASS) and the built-in ballistic calculator. The measured distance is automatically fed into a calculation that automatically adjusts the reticle position for a precise hit. Shutterless AI calibration technology eliminates mechanical clicking, so the image does not freeze and the riflescope operates completely silently. The resulting image is projected onto a circular 1.03" OLED display with a resolution of 2560 × 2560 pixels, which is less tiring on the eyes than standard screens.

The design of the Oryx-LR series is tailored for intuitive and quick operation—it combines a central focus turret with a classic zoom ring, giving hunters the same feel as when using a conventional riflescope. The body with a rail mounting interface is highly resistant to recoil up to 6000 J (suitable for powerful calibers such as .300 WinMag or 9.3×62). The device has an IP67 rating, 64GB of internal memory for recording video, photos, and audio, and integrated Wi-Fi. Power is supplied by a single replaceable 21700 battery, which provides up to 8 hours of operation.
