The Ultralite Bivy from Origin Outdoors is a practical rescue bag designed for emergency situations where warmth and protection are of vital importance. It is made of a stronger material than classic isothermal foil and has the shape of a closed bivouac bag, which increases its effectiveness in maintaining body temperature. A special coating reflects up to 90% of body heat back to the user, significantly helping to prevent hypothermia.

The bag is also wind and water resistant, has sealed seams, and provides basic protection even in heavy rain or adverse conditions. Thanks to its extremely low weight and compact dimensions when packed, it takes up almost no space and fits easily into a backpack, first aid kit, or jacket pocket. It comes in a ripstop nylon bag that can also hold small emergency equipment such as a headlamp or fire starter.
