Mortar Backpack, Direct Action
The Mortar military backpack is specially designed for the comfortable transport of up to ten 60 mm mortar rounds. The main compartment features a long zipper that allows the backpack to be fully opened and laid flat, providing the gunner with immediate and easy access to the entire contents. The bottom of the zipper is protected from mechanical damage and dirt by a specially sewn-in collar. The entire structure is made of highly durable 500D Cordura fabric and is additionally reinforced with three external compression straps with buckles. The overall reinforcement of the frame keeps the backpack’s shape even when completely empty, which significantly facilitates the organization and packing of ammunition.
The interior (both the back and the inside of the lid) is fully lined with straps compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system, and the package also includes 20 special mounts for securely securing grenades. The exterior of the lid features a large laser-cut laminated MOLLE/PALS panel measuring 7 x 9 inches, with additional modular loops on the sides and bottom for attaching extra gear. A Velcro panel for identification patches is a must. Sturdy carrying handles on the top and sides facilitate quick transport, and comfort during long moves with heavy loads is ensured by wide, padded shoulder straps with a quick-release system, complemented by an adjustable chest and waist strap.
