Description
M-PACT 2 Covert Gloves, Mechanix
The Mechanix M-Pact 2 gloves are engineered to provide complete hand protection during tactical operations, law enforcement duties, shooting sports, and demanding workshop tasks. A key feature of these gloves is the extensive coverage of the back of the hand and fingers, which reliably absorbs the energy of hard impacts and prevents abrasions. Protection is provided by anatomically shaped thermoplastic rubber (TPR) profiles combined with EVA foam shock absorbers and breathable ARIAPRENE COR material.
The palm features a two-layer construction that effectively absorbs shocks and vibrations transmitted during shooting or when working with tools. While the center of the palm is protected by 2mm EVA foam, the most heavily stressed area at the base of the palm relies on 4mm D3O Aero cushioning material. For a secure and firm grip under any conditions, the palm features a silicone “Padlock” print, and the fingers have a finely textured surface. The entire palm area also features technology that allows for 100% touchscreen compatibility.
The lifespan of the gloves is significantly extended by internally fused reinforcements at the tips of all fingers. A nylon loop at the cuff allows for easy donning and attachment to gear or a carabiner. The gloves are machine washable.
