The Lysander Med Waist Bag by Direct Action is a low-profile medical waist pack designed to carry essential gear without restricting movement. Its ergonomic shape allows it to be worn directly under a plate carrier, making it ideal for confined spaces, vehicle operations, and CQB environments. The main compartment features a dual-zip opening and is fully lined with soft Velcro for attaching included modular inserts with elastic loops and pockets.

The front zippered pocket is designed for protective gloves, while the rear flat compartment with hook-and-loop closure can hold pressure dressings or larger hemostatic packs. On the top, there are two dedicated pockets – one for trauma shears and one for a TCCC card – for quick identification and immediate access. Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS panels on the sides provide mounting options for tourniquet holders or additional medical pouches. The bottom panel combines MOLLE slots and a shock cord for securing a Combat Stretcher or other bulkier items. It is made of Cordura 500D with IRR treatment for reduced infrared signature.
