Halifax Small Backpack (21 L) by Direct Action
The Direct Action Halifax Small backpack is a downsized version of the tactical Halifax Medium model, designed for users who seek a lighter yet fully functional and durable solution for everyday or professional use. The main compartment opens via a robust two-way YKK® zipper and is fully lined with soft velour, allowing the attachment of modular accessories or organizers. On the inner back wall, a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS panel enables customization of the internal layout to fit individual needs.
The front section of the backpack includes a zippered mesh pocket and two smaller external pockets, one of which is lined with a soft fabric to safely store glasses or other delicate items. The top of the pack features a large Velcro panel for ID patches, two flat diagonal-zip pockets, and a practical daisy chain for attaching external gear. The bottom section holds a modular panel for additional pouches, while the sides are equipped with a three-row MOLLE/PALS webbing and partially elastic bottle or canteen pockets. Openings for a hydration system are also included.
For maximum comfort even under full load, the Halifax Small features wide shoulder straps with soft foam padding and a breathable softshell inner lining. The back panel is reinforced with five padded sections to enhance stability, comfort, and ventilation. Additional features include a chest strap, detachable waist belt, and side compression straps for adjusting the backpack’s volume according to its contents.
