Gerber Forefront Orange Fixed Blade Knife with Sheath
Gerber Forefront Fixed is a lightweight fixed-blade knife designed for hunting, outdoor activities and other pursuits in nature. It combines a durable Full Tang construction with compact dimensions and low weight. The orange GFN handle provides a secure grip and also makes the knife easier to spot among other equipment.
420HC Steel Blade
The Drop Point blade is made of 420HC stainless steel and features a plain edge. It measures approximately 10.3 cm in length. The blade has a Stonewashed finish, which gives it a matte appearance and helps conceal minor scratches caused by regular use.
The blade features a Full Tang construction, with the steel extending through the entire handle. This construction provides the knife with a solid foundation and makes it suitable for more demanding use during hunting, outdoor activities and other pursuits in nature. Jimping on the spine of the blade provides better control during use.
Lightweight GFN Handle
The handle is made of GFN (Glass-Filled Nylon), a nylon reinforced with glass fibers. This material combines low weight with good mechanical durability. The orange finish also makes the knife easier to spot in grass, leaves or among other equipment.
The handle has an ergonomic shape and connects seamlessly to the knife construction for a comfortable grip even during extended use. The handle is approximately 10.9 cm long, and thanks to its weight of just 78 g, the Forefront Fixed remains pleasantly lightweight.
Practical Sheath
The knife comes with a multifunctional plastic sheath that allows for safe storage and convenient carrying. The sheath keeps the knife readily available when working in the field, on outdoor trips or while hunting.
When the blade is inserted into the sheath, the Gerber Forefront Fixed measures approximately 21.2 cm in total, while the blade itself is 10.3 cm long. Its low weight of 78 g and sturdy Full Tang construction make it a practical companion for hunting and everyday outdoor activities.
