The DOGTRACE d-control 440 vibration training collar provides a gentle way of communicating with your dog without using electrical stimulation. It offers 5 vibration modes, an audible signal and 8 light signal modes, making it suitable for basic training, recall and getting your dog's attention.

The remote control works at a distance of up to 250 metres in open areas. The receiver is fully waterproof, allowing the collar to be used in demanding outdoor conditions. The light signal integrated into the transparent receiver housing also makes it easier to locate your dog in low-light conditions or in the dark.

The main feature of the collar is its vibration function, which provides an alternative way of delivering commands and signals. It is suitable, for example, for dogs that are sensitive to electrical stimulation or for dogs with hearing impairments. Five vibration modes allow you to select the intensity according to the individual dog and situation.

Vibration can be used to get your dog's attention, for discreet recall or as a learned training signal. However, it is not intended as a substitute for electrical stimulation when addressing unwanted behaviour – the effectiveness of this communication method depends on the individual dog's sensitivity and behaviour.

sound and light signals

In addition to vibration, the d-control 440 features a separate audible signal that can be used as another means of communication during training. The light can be set to 8 different modes and, thanks to the transparent receiver housing, helps you locate your dog when visibility is reduced.

practical controls and long battery life

The status of both the transmitter and receiver can be monitored using the battery status indication. The transmitter features a backlit LCD display showing information about the selected mode, transmission and battery status. Depending on usage, the batteries can last for up to 12 months.

The receiver is switched on and off using a magnetic system. Simply bring the transmitter close to the receiver. The transmitter also features a practical belt clip and a lanyard for wearing it around the neck.

for one or two dogs

A single transmitter can also be used for training two dogs at the same time. A selector allows you to switch between channels A and B and choose the receiver to which you want to send a command or signal.
