CY PVC Insulated Wire
The insulated CY wire is a high-quality copper antenna wire designed for Dogtrace d-fence invisible fence systems. With a length of 100 meters, durable insulation, and excellent conductivity, it is ideal for creating, extending, or repairing boundary loops for electronic dog containment systems. The wire is fully compatible with Dogtrace d-fence 101, d-fence 1001, d-fence 202, and d-fence 2002 (6th SENSE) transmitters, ensuring reliable signal transmission throughout the entire boundary.
Manufactured from high-quality copper, the wire provides low electrical resistance and long-lasting performance. Its durable insulation protects against moisture, mechanical damage, and outdoor conditions, making it suitable for installation underground, along existing fences, or around virtually any property layout. Individual wire sections can be easily connected using insulation displacement antenna connectors, allowing for quick repairs or future system expansion.
The antenna wire is available in four conductor sizes (0.75 mm², 1 mm², 1.5 mm², and 2.5 mm²). The appropriate cross-section should be selected according to the total length of the boundary loop. Smaller wire sizes are recommended for shorter installations, while larger cross-sections ensure reliable signal transmission over longer distances of up to 2,200 meters.
Before installation, it is recommended to create a layout of the property showing the planned wire route and all connection points. This simplifies future maintenance, troubleshooting, and possible extensions of the invisible fence system.
