Shorter GPS Collar for an Additional Dog DOG GPS X20 Short
DOG GPS X20 Short is a shortened GPS transmitter with a collar designed for an additional dog in the DOG GPS X20 system. Thanks to its more compact design, it is particularly suitable for smaller breeds for which a standard collar may be too long. When paired with a compatible receiver, it allows you to track your dog's movements in the field at a distance of up to 20 km, with the actual range depending on the surrounding environment and terrain.
The device uses GPS positioning and radio communication, so it does not require a mobile network or SIM card to operate. The DOG GPS X20 system can therefore be used in remote forests, open fields or mountainous terrain without mobile coverage and without recurring operating fees.
A single DOG GPS X20 handheld receiver can track up to 9 dogs simultaneously. By adding this transmitter, you can easily expand your existing system to include another dog. The receiver displays the current distance and direction to individual transmitters and also offers practical features for navigation and field use, including an electronic compass, BEEPER, FENCE and WAYPOINT.
The main difference between the X20 Short and the standard version is its shortened strap. The 20 mm wide plastic strap can be adjusted for a neck circumference starting from 25 cm, making it more suitable for smaller dogs. The transmitter measures 77 × 45 × 29 mm and weighs only 142 g.
Power is supplied by a rechargeable 1900 mAh Li-Pol battery. The transmitter features a robust and 100% waterproof design, making it suitable for use in rain, mud or when exposed to water. The collar strap is available in green and orange, making it easy to distinguish individual dogs in the field.
