The DOG GPS X30B Short is an additional GPS collar designed to expand the DOG GPS X30B system for another dog. It allows you to track the dog's current location up to a distance of 20 km with a clear line of sight and, thanks to the integrated voice locator, also helps you find the dog more easily in dense vegetation or in poor visibility. The shortened strap with an adjustable circumference from 25 cm is particularly suitable for smaller dogs.

The collar communicates with a compatible receiver using RF technology, so no mobile network or SIM card is required for communication between the transmitter and receiver. The system allows up to 13 devices to be tracked and clearly displays their location, distance and direction. When connected to the Dogtrace GPS 2.0 app, the dog's location and movement can also be displayed on a smartphone screen.

GPS Tracking with a Range of up to 20 km

The GPS transmitter, together with the receiver, allows you to track the dog up to 20 km with a clear line of sight. The actual range may vary depending on the terrain, vegetation density, buildings and other surrounding conditions. The receiver provides information about the dog's location, direction and distance, giving you an overview of the dog's movement even at greater distances.

Thanks to the possibility of connecting multiple devices, the DOG GPS X30B system is also suitable for working with multiple dogs. According to the manufacturer, up to 13 devices can be connected to one system, with each additional dog equipped with its own compatible GPS collar.

Voice Locator for Easier Dog Tracking

The main advantage of the DOG GPS X30B Short is its integrated BEEPER voice locator. It helps determine the dog's location using a distinctive sound signal, which is particularly useful when moving through dense forests, tall grass, thickets or in reduced visibility.

The volume of the sound locator can be adjusted to 4 levels and, according to the manufacturer, the signal can be heard up to a distance of 300 m. The BEEPER function can also be used to identify whether the dog is moving or standing still. The collar does not contain a training module or stimulation pulses and is primarily intended for locating and finding the dog more easily.

Clear Tracking via the App

The DOG GPS X30B system can be connected to the Dogtrace GPS 2.0 app, which provides convenient display of the device's location on a mobile phone or tablet. Online and offline maps are available, allowing you to work with maps even in areas with limited internet connectivity.

The app allows you to display the movement of individual devices and their routes. Other useful system functions include a compass, geofencing, movement or stationary status indication and saving points for navigation.

Shortened Version for Smaller Dogs

The Short designation indicates a shortened version of the collar. The strap is 5 cm shorter than the standard version, while its circumference can be adjusted from approximately 25 to 35 cm. This makes the collar more suitable for smaller dogs, for which a standard-length strap may be unnecessarily long.

The transmitter has a compact design and is ready for use in more demanding outdoor conditions. The integrated 1900 mAh Li-Pol battery can be repeatedly recharged and provides more than 40 hours of operating time under normal use. The transmitter is fully waterproof, so you do not have to worry about using it in the rain or when the dog is in water.
