The DOG GPS X25B Short is an add-on GPS collar for expanding the DOGtrace system to cover another dog. It combines precise satellite tracking with an audible locator, and thanks to its shortened strap it's designed for smaller and medium-sized breeds for which the standard strap length wouldn't be suitable.

The collar pairs with the handheld DOG GPS X25 receiver, which lets you simultaneously track up to 19 dogs, handlers, or saved route points. Position is obtained from the GPS, Galileo, and GLONASS satellite systems and transmitted to the receiver via RF technology — with no dependence on mobile signal and no monthly fees.

Reliable tracking up to 20 km

The maximum range between the collar and the handheld receiver is up to 20 km in direct line of sight; the actual range depends on terrain, vegetation density, and current surrounding conditions. The receiver's display shows the direction and distance to the dog, signal strength, and the collar's battery status.

The DOG GPS X25 system also offers additional functions for navigating the field — BEEPER to signal whether the dog is moving or stationary, the circular FENCE boundary, navigation to saved waypoints, a compass, and CAR mode for convenient use of the receiver inside a vehicle.

Audible locator without a training module

Unlike the TB variant, the X25B is a purely tracking and audible-locator collar — it does not include stimulation impulses or training functions. The audible locator helps you find the dog even where visual contact fails, for example in dense undergrowth, tall grass, or low-visibility conditions. It's a great fit anywhere you simply need to know where the dog is and where it's heading, without needing to intervene remotely.

Shortened strap for smaller and medium breeds

The transmitter is powered by a rechargeable Li-Po battery and comes with a shortened strap, sized for dogs with a smaller neck circumference — an ideal choice when expanding your system to cover another, smaller dog in the pack. The construction is fully waterproof and built to withstand everyday wear in the field.
