Shorter GPS Collar for an Additional Dog DOG GPS X25 Short
DOG GPS X25 Short is a shortened GPS transmitter with a collar designed for an additional dog in the DOG GPS X25 system. Thanks to its shorter design, it is particularly suitable for smaller breeds for which a standard collar may be too long. When paired with a compatible receiver, it allows you to track your dog's movements in the field at a distance of up to 20 km, with the actual range depending on the surrounding conditions and terrain.
DOG GPS X25 uses GPS positioning and RF radio communication, so tracking does not require a mobile network or SIM card. This allows the device to be used in remote forests, open fields or mountainous terrain without GSM coverage. The system also operates without any recurring fees.
A single DOG GPS X25 handheld receiver can track up to 19 dogs, handlers or waypoints simultaneously. By adding this transmitter, you can easily expand your existing system to include another dog. The receiver provides information about the position of individual devices and also offers practical features for navigation and field use, including an electronic compass, BEEPER, FENCE, WAYPOINT and CAR mode.
The X25 Short differs from the standard version mainly by its 5 cm shorter rubber transmitter section. The 20 mm wide plastic strap is 55 cm long and can be adjusted for a neck circumference of 25–35 cm. This makes it suitable even for smaller dogs, such as dachshunds. The transmitter itself measures 77 × 45 × 29 mm and weighs only 142 g.
Power is supplied by a rechargeable 1900 mAh Li-Pol battery, providing more than 40 hours of operation. The transmitter features a robust, 100% waterproof and impact-resistant design, making it suitable for demanding field conditions, including rain, mud and contact with water.
DOG GPS X25 Short is a practical choice for hunters, dog handlers and active dog owners who already use the DOG GPS X25 system and need to add another, especially smaller, dog. The green and orange strap options also make it easy to distinguish individual dogs in the field.
