Highlander Blackthorn 2 Gen2 Two-Person Tent
The Highlander Blackthorn 2 Gen2 is a practical two-person tent designed with an emphasis on low weight, durability, and comfort. Its design makes it suitable for trekking, backpacking, hiking, camping, and multi-day outdoor trips where easy transport of equipment is also important.
The interior provides enough space for two people, or it can accommodate one person with a larger amount of gear. The tent also features a spacious vestibule where backpacks and other equipment can be stored without taking up space inside the sleeping area. The vestibule can also be used for cooking outside the tent interior.
Protection against adverse weather conditions is provided by a polyester flysheet with a hydrostatic head of 2,000 mm. Taped seams further enhance the water resistance of the construction by helping to prevent water from penetrating through the material joints.
The lower section features a durable sewn-in groundsheet with a hydrostatic head of 3,000 mm. It helps protect the interior against ground moisture and, together with the flysheet, contributes to greater comfort inside the tent in rainy conditions.
The construction uses fibreglass poles for quick and stable pitching. Practical features also include an internal drying line for hanging and drying clothes during longer stays outdoors.
