BOOTS Z-8N GTX® C, LOWA
Do you want solid support for challenging terrain, but your lightweight hiking boots are not enough? Or maybe you have a decent pair of hiking boots, but the weight is annoying when worn for long periods of time.
Today's technology and materials make it possible to combine the strengths of both approaches and turn them into the LOWA Z-8N GTX C tall military boot. Thus, neither fast movements nor long marches are excluded.
The LOWA Z-8N GTX C trekking boot is an injection-moulded boot with a Monowrap protective frame and a more rigid stabiliser that delivers increased stability and protection in exposed terrain.
They are made from a combination of hydrophobic nubuck and Cordura - achieving durability, waterproofing and breathability. The lining of the LOWA Z-8N GTX C police boots is made of breathable and waterproof Gore-Tex.
The LOWA Z-8N GTX C military boots represent a smart compromise between stability, durability, comfort and weight, this tall rugged multifunctional boot is simply designed for demanding missions. The boot is also suitable for extreme situations, such as fast rappelling, which is made possible by a special wedge built into the sole to protect the boot.
The boots are certified according to EN ISO20347:2012 in category 02 with attached attributes 02 (anti-slip, closed heel, anti-static, cushioning, WRU), WR, FO, CI, HI, HRO, SRA.

When choosing adult shoes, LOWA recommends 15 mm clearance for the toe and 12 mm for the children (this recommendation may vary depending on the individual shape and preference of the foot).
