When you say sailor, most people think of a stout guy with a knitted cap folded over his ear s, with a pipe in the corner and dressed in a coat.
This legendary navy coat is called Pea Coat and has been part of every sailor's dress for decades. Now there is that coat for you, waiting to be incorporated into your closet.
This is an elegant men's coat, copying cuts the classic US Navy coat. The strong material and quilted lining predestine the coat for cold weather and two rows of large buttons are used for fastening.
The Pea Coat also has enough of pockets, two outer open pockets on the sides and two inner chest pockets (the left one is zipped). High colla rprovides protection against bad weather.
The Pea Coat is a symbol of sailors, something like the Irving RAF jacket for pilots. It has been proven for decades of use in the harsh conditions of naval life.
