Tomáš Gawron is a Czech attorney whose practice focuses, among other things, on legal issues related to the civilian possession of firearms, self-defense, and extreme necessity. He is a registered attorney with the Czech Bar Association and received his legal education at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. He subsequently completed postgraduate studies in European economic law and international trade at the Europa Institute of the University of Saarland.
In addition to his legal practice, he is also involved in scholarly publishing and legislative work in the areas of firearms and self-defense. He is the author of the scholarly publication *Self-Defense in Legal Practice* and serves on an expert working group of the Czech Ministry of the Interior that contributed to the drafting of new firearms legislation. Since 2018, he has been providing legal services through his own law practice.
