The EVO 2.0 8" waterproof boots by 5.11 are a high quality pair of 8 inches tall boots that come with a practical zipper on their sides. The EVO 2.0 boots are designed for all kinds of inclement weather, including rainy weather. The built-in Tac Dry® + BBP membrane will keep your feet dry.
The EVO 2.0 8" boot sole has four special features to keep you safe and securely on your feet when you're on the move no matter the conditions:

Special Force Foam® cushioned construction will keep you moving comfortably and for longer periods of time without experiencing any foot pain. The Ortholite insole also has a beneficial effect on the comfort of your feet. In addition, this insole prevents odor and building of mold in your shoes.
The shoes feature a hidden knife pocket to make sure you can always feel ready just like the motto of 5.11 suggests - Always Be Ready®.
Thanks to the use of polished leather and nylon, the boots are durable and strong enough to withstand anything you put them through. They will serve you for any strenuous job. The boots meet the safety footwear standard EN ISO 23047.
ORTHOLITE INSOLE
It is a patented technology of antibacterial anatomical insoles for shoes and boots. The insoles are designed to reduce the intensity of impacts on your feet in the long term and to prevent odour in shoes and mould. At the same time, they effectively wick away moisture, and ensure the shoe's overall breathability which effectively makes the foot in the shoe sweat less.
Since they are made of pure PU material in the form of foam, they are easy to wash, they remain highly durable and are almost 100% breathable. The OrthoLite insoles are non-slippy and also highly comfortable.
