Folding Knives Ares with StoneWash finish by Dachs Knive
The Ares knife is made by Dachs Knives and features a Stonewash blade finish and unique Fundermax handle.
Stonewash gives the blade a matte finish and eliminates glare like tactical knives. The Fundermax handle helps when handling the knife. It relieves shock and pressure to the hand, so it relieves your hands from the strain. There are grooves on the spine of the knife for better support of the thumb of the hand. This will give you better technique when cutting. The distinctive texture of the handle helps for more confident handling even if your hands are wet.
The blade of the knife is made of top quality N690 high carbon stainless steel. The blade hardness is over 60 HRC. The Ares is equipped with a Linerlock and prevents the knife from being opened unintentionally. The knife can be opened and closed with one hand.
Thrust bearings guarantee smooth opening and closing of the knife. The entire bearing system has been carbidized. This means that a layer of carbide has been applied to the surface which increases the wear resistance.
