The Gerber Ceviche offers a long, flexible 5Cr stainless steel blade that will ensure smooth, precise cuts under any circumstances. This blade offers all you need to make expert work of messy business.The Ceviche filleting knife is offered in two variants - with a 7" (181 mm) blade and a 9" (233 mm) blade. The knife comes with a Stonewash blade.
SALT RX finish
The Gerber Ceviche filleting knife features a special Salt Rx™ finish that grants the knife increased protection against corrosion. This means the Gerber Ceviche filleting knife will be fully protected when deployed in both the freshwater conditions as well as in more aggressive saltwater environments.
