MMPS VULCAN IV backpack from Berghaus
This 100-litre backpack is ideal for longer events where you need to take a lot of stuff with you. The fabric used has an infrared (IR) layer for better protection against night vision detection.
The backpack has a classic top and bottom filling. In the lower part there is a compartment for example for a sleeping bag. Between the lower and upper chamber there is a flap for tightening. You can use the separate chambers of the backpack or open the flap and have one larger compartment. On the front of the backpack there is a Molle system.
The backpack has a five-position height-adjustable elastic chest strap. The waist belt is padded and reinforced to help transfer the weight of the pack for a comfortable carry. The hip belt buckle can be operated with one hand. The backpack also includes stabilizing straps to pull the backpack close to your body. The back of the backpack is padded and anatomically shaped, with a channel in the middle that allows air to circulate and relieves pressure on the spine. The lid of the backpack can be adjusted in height - it has straps for tightening. At the top of the lid there is a zippered pocket, put in it the things you need to have quickly at hand. There are two straps on the lid that you can use to clip anything to the backpack.
The backpack has two side pockets, each with a capacity of 10 L. The backpack comes with straps to make the side pocket into a 10 L or 20 L backpack - that's if you connect the two pockets. The backpack straps also include a chest strap. There are also straps on the side pockets for attaching additional cargo. The pockets have a zipper that is located at the top and is covered by a flap.
The backpack size 3 is designed for a body height between 170 - 183 cm and a back length of 43 - 48 cm. Backpack size 4 is designed for a body height between 183 - 198 cm and a back length of 48 - 54 cm.
