IMPREGNATION Permanent Water Guard, 300 ml, Atsko

Impregnation for all types of synthetic and mixed materials (polyester, microfibres, nylon, polyamide, dacron, polypropylene, rayon, fleece, laminated and weighted fabrics).  High effectiveness on cotton fabrics has been tested as well.

It restores the water repellent finish of the outer layer on all water repellent and waterproof/breathable systems such as Gore-Tex®, BlocVent®, Climatic®, eVent®, HyVent®, Gelanots®, Entrant®, etc. The product is completely safe for the treatment of products with down and synthetic insulation fillings.

APPLICATION OF ATSKO IMPREGNATION

It is applied by spraying on wet textiles, when used on natural absorptive materials a second application is advisable.

Permanent Water-Guard® is a water-based fluorocarbon polymer formulation that requires crosslinking of the contained polymers to stabilize in the impregnated material.

This can be achieved either by re-ironing the clothing or by drying in a dryer (polymerisation by thermal energy) or by drying outdoors in the sun (polymerisation by the energy of absorbed UV radiation).
